A Dream within reality.... Yumeya

The great war had far reaching and world altering results. The world formerly known as dream time was forever ripped apart. Yumeya, or Time of the Dreams, is the only part of the dream time that has been seen. The city itself floats high in the atmosphere above some unknown parts of the world. Like Neo-Tokyo there is a strong magic protecting it from the Scarred Earth's ravages.

Not very much is known about the city, what is there or what keeps it floating and protected.
