A city that was created by Sailor Moon using her Maboroshi no Ginzuishou, Neo-Tokyo is a monument to both technological and magical architecture. The city is roughly 975,000 square miles in design. It looks a lot like the canon Crystal Tokyo looks, though it is surrounded by a glowing bubble. There are four large pillars rising into the sky, higher than the highest building in the city.
Crime and poverty still exist in spite of the circumstances of the world. The city is defended by the Special Defense Force, a hybrid police and military organization. And the city is ruled by a council of ministers with a Prime Minister holding the highest position. There is plenty of farming land inside the city’s walls.
The city itself has a self sustaining atmosphere and generates its own weather cycle. The sunlight is filtered through the protective bubble to make sure it is harmless.
