The history of the world is normal or as normal as it can be. This file is about what happened after the battle of Sunkyo-Ku. After the battle at Sunkyo-Ku, the heroes that were alive scattered around the world by Sailor Moon’s command. She lifted the Maboroshi no Ginzuishou into the air and created Neo-Tokyo. This was the last time anyone saw Sailor Moon.
The city she created was suddenly filled by every remaining human and animal on the planet. She was careful to not bring the heroes back to the city. For twenty years the city has been safe. Life has continued as best as it could. A new government has formed as well as a special defense force. The world is now aware that Magic exists. Magic has fully integrated itself into the lives of everyone in some form or another. While not all users of magic are heroes, they are careful to only use it when they need to.
For 19 years 6 months 23 days there were no heroes, the first invasion by the Pantheon’s spawn however brought forth the newest generation. These heroes defended the city and then were assaulted by the city’s occupants. Heroes are clearly not welcome.
