Discipline: Dealing the law breakers.

Playing on our game is not a right, it is a privilege. As such players sometimes need to be dealt with in an uniform manner to provide equal treatment.

• First Warning: On your first offense you will be warned by the presiding staff member and advised to cease any behavior that is deemed in violation of Law #1 (Don't be a dick.)
• Second Warning: On your second offense for the same reason, you will be approached by the player relations staff and it will be logged for staff to review. You will be issued a final warning at this point and you will be advised the next step will result in revocation of privilege.
• First Revocation: Continuing down the same path for the same problem, you will be placed in time out. This time out will last for 1 hour. This will move you OOC and will lock you from all channels. You will also lose the ability to apply for any Heavily Restricted Character types for 90 days.
• Second Revocation: Continuing down the same path for the same problem, you will be locked from connecting to ALL characters for 24 hours. After the 24 hour period has passed you will be able to log back in. You will now lose the privilege to apply for Heavily Restricted Character types permanently and be unable to apply for any Feature Characters for 180 days.
• Third Revocation: Continuing down the same path for the same problem, all approved characters will be removed from play permanently and you will not be allowed to reapply for them or any new characters for a period of 7 days. You will lose the ability to apply for any character type beyond the basic types for a period of 6 months. You will also be denied the ability to undergo character evolution for a period of 6 months as well.
• Final Revocation: Continuing down the same path for the same problem, you will be removed from the game by a site ban. This will block your IP address. If you decide to bypass this site ban you will not be approved or instantly unapproved. All characters will be unapproved and destroyed. You will lose application rights permanently.

• Staff can skip steps based on the severity of your violation.
  • Certain actions ICly will result in advanced punishments.
    • Rape - This is not permitted in any fashion. This skips to the Third Revocation Stage.
    • Hacking the Game - This is not permitted in any fashion. This skips to the Third Revocation Stage.
• Steps and revocations are based on actions. You can have multiple first warnings for different offenses.
• Please be advised. Staff has a don't ask don't tell policy in regards to Tiny Sex (TS). We do not support it or want to know about it. If you take part in this activity you do so at your own risk. It should be known, if staff is provided a reason to have to get involved concerning TS, we will react quickly and decisively, this will always result in a banning of characters, ergo immediate jump to final revocation. You may TS but you do so at your own risk.
